Forex trading allows traders to trade 24 hours a day and five days a week.

The markets are open from Monday 07:00 Sydney time and close on Friday at 17:00 New York time.

The graphics indicate the best times to trade and the opening hours. It is advisable to trade in the opening hours to avoid overlaps.

In the opening hours, traders enjoy great trading opportunities and high trading volumes.

Daylight Savings Time (DST) is generally applicable in autumn and spring; however, it is not equally applicable to all instruments. There will be instruments that apply DST to USA times, with the EU or APAC times, while others may not apply DST at all. We update our trading times in the table below to reflect these changes as accurately as possible.
